With the 2007 vintage, Bessa Valley vineyard has released one of the most promising vintage of the last decade in Bulgaria.
With the sane philosophy of high quanlity wines, Stephan Von NEIPPERG and the wine team have been willing selecting soem of the wines produced this year.
This BV by ENIRA represents the best parcels of each varietal produced in our vineyard.
The percentage is the following:
-Merlot: 41%
-Cabernet Sauvignon: 34%
-Petit Verdot: 25%
-Syrah: 20%
The wine will be aged in new French barrels for at least 18 months. The production will be 8000 bottles only!
